業務内容

We're a forwarder speciallizing in Marine Logistics. W're looking for new staffs for office and warehouse as below.

Office Staff:
 -Communicating with customers by e-mail & phone.
 -Checking estimated transportation cost with counterparties.
 -Offering our quotation to customers
 -Inputting cargo data on the system
 -Making shipping documents for export
 -Adjusting schedule with counterparties / warehouse staffs / ships
 -Making invoices

Warehousing staff:
 -Receiving cargo
 -Registering cargo on the system
 -Moving and storing cargo in the warehouse
 -Picking / palletizing cargo
 -Making customs clearance / customs document
 -Taking out cargo to a driver.

必要応募条件、
能力、スキル

MUST for both of vacancy :
Parmanent Visa
Fluent English
+ License for a Forklift/reachtruck only for warehousing staff.

-Starting working date is at the latest 1st Dec 2024, I expect.
-Working condition will be provided when interviewing.
