Job Description |
We are a Dutch subsidiary of Furuno Electric Co., Ltd, and play a role in selling and distributing marine electronic equipment to sister companies and National Distributors in Europe and outsource warehouse management to third party.
To support the administrative function in the Operation department and Finance department, we are looking for a new staff for this position as below.
You have a broad spectrum of works and gain more various experiences through this position.
【Logistics】
• Liaise with Operation Manager or Assistant Manager on outbound shipment arrangement and to ensure all sales orders are completed timely and delivery is on time to local or overseas.
• Liaise with 3rd party warehousing company, forwarder, sister companies upon receipt of shipping instruction. Processing of customer’s order in accordance with customer’s requirement
• Work closely with 3rd party warehousing company and Operation members for export shipment to ensure all are arranged properly and meet customer requirement.
• Properly record shipments in the designated sheet
• Assist in generating sales invoice upon receiving billing instruction by Assistant Manager
• Answer inquiries of order from National Distributors and process purchase order in ERP
• Liaise with head quarter in Japan on confirming stock availabilities and other information asked by National Distributors
• Liaise with Operation Manager or Assistant Manager on inbound shipment arrangement and to ensure all necessary documents are in order.
【Administration】
• Pick up call from external party and email correspondence
• Manage the office and IT inventories such as computers/ printers and network (window person for IT vendors)
• Support expats from Japan such as Translation from Dutch to English
• Organize all administrative records and documents
• Maintain the office environment in good condition
• Assist to prepare data for monthly report
• Create expense purchase invoice in ERP and record incoming/outgoing funds in ERP
• Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements |
• Diploma holder preferably in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Management with related working experiences.
or
• Degree holder preferably in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Management
• Fluent English Speaker / Writing skill
• Skilled Microsoft Word/Excel User (formula/ pivot), preferably Power BI
• Preferably experienced Business Central or Navision

Other Remarks |
-OJT will be carried out
-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40hours per week
