Job Description |
We are a Dutch subsidiary of a comprehensive logistics company Fujitrans Corporation, and arrange various shipments in Europe.
We are looking for a new staff for accounting, HR and general affairs as below.
You have a wide range of works, but your main task will be accounting work.
【Accounting】
-Journal Entry (excel / EXACT)
-Bank payment management
-Support for accounting auditor (English)
-Correspondence with head office, other related companies, accounting auditor, banks, tax offices (English)
-Tax-related management (corporate tax, wage tax, etc.)
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report (PL/BS)
【HR】
- Payroll administration for 5 employees (using payroll software)
-Prepare employment contract
-Recruitment interview as necessary
【General Affairs】
- Follow-up related Dutch and EU regulations
-Consult with contracted lawyers as necessary
-Office equipment management
-Contract management

Job Requirements |
-Permanent Visa
-Fluent English and Dutch
-Accounting experience : 5+years
-PC skills Excel / Word etc.

Other Remarks |
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00
- There is also possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
-Starting : directly / as soon as possible
