Job Description |
Due to the expansion of our workforce, we have an opening for a new employee.
For this position, we are looking for a decisive employee who can handle work pressure well and who works accurately and solution-oriented.
Your tasks at our back office are:
-Answering requests that mainly come in via e-mail.
-Contact with customers by phone.
-Assessing, entering and following up on orders.
You will also work with the technical team:
-To maintain technical documentation, such as parts list and product manuals.
-Keep track of the warranty administration.

Job Requirements |
An MBO+ working and thinking level.
Experience with the MS-office package.
Technical interest in a wide area.
Experience in a (technical) production environment.
You are commercial, enthusiastic and customer-oriented.
In addition to Dutch, you are fluent in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

Location |
Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn, near the A2.
