During the seminar we provide you the most updated info on what to expect in Dutch labor law changes from January 2020.

This seminar will focus on upcoming employment law changes in 2020.
We will discuss why the Balanced Labour Market Act has been introduced, what it changes and how companies should prepare for the new labour market rules. Various other changes coming into effect in 2020 will also be addressed, including the introduction of special leave and potential entitlement to compensation for employers who have made transition payments in case of ill employees. And finally, we will examine the new rules for the deployment of self-employed workers.
