For our office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, we are looking for a:
Financial Administration Officer (Full-time, Hybrid - 40 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all financial and administrative projects are performed according to internal, external and legal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Finance
• Plan, perform and control the financial and administrative work efficiently.
• Record and maintain the company’s daily financial transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Book bank statements and administer petty cash.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work very closely with our external accounting partner, assist and provide support on queries, closings and audits.
• Assist in preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate and provide financial and administrative support.
Office management
• Be the first point of contact.
• Handle office correspondence, packages and resolve office-related issues.
• Ordering office supplies and consumables.
• In charge of general purchases.
• Archive and maintain the contracts.
• Organize company events.

Job Requirements |
Requirements:
Education – Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
Experience – Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an international financial and administration environment.
Language skills – Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and at least one other language, preferably Dutch or Japanese.
Computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; advanced knowledge in Excel and financial systems, preferably AccountView.
Valid working permit for the Netherlands – Required to apply.
