JCC/JETRO/EY Seminar: “The Future of Japanese Business in Europe
– AI, Technology Utilization, and Strategic M&A for Sustainable Growth”
As businesses worldwide navigate an era of rapid transformation, Japanese companies in Europe are facing both unprecedented challenges and new opportunities. In this context, AI and digital transformation have become urgent issues that cannot be postponed. However, many companies are struggling with the initial steps of implementation and effective utilization. This seminar will show successful case studies of AI adoption and explore practical strategies that Japanese companies can leverage to achieve sustainable growth in the European market.
Furthermore, M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and PMI (post-merger integration) are crucial strategies for business expansion and maintaining competitiveness. Experts from EY will explain the key points for success, and we will also welcome a special guest from a Japanese company based in the Netherlands to share their experiences regarding the main challenges, considerations, and lessons learned in executing M&A and PMI.
This seminar will offer:
- Practical AI utilization: How companies are integrating AI into their business operation and achieving success.
- Future strategies: Responses to changing regulations and technological environments.
- Practical knowledge of M&A and PMI: Key points for executing successful deals in Europe.
We will organize a casual reception after the seminar for building a network among members.
