Position QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT (0,6-0,8 FTE)
Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Assistant you are responsible for providing regulatory and quality assurance support for the SESE sales organization and its customers.
You manage customer requests for technical documents and product certificates like MSDS or specifications. Also you provide monthly reports to internal colleagues and external authorities or companies. Furthermore you can replace or assist colleagues to help with final inspection evaluations or other administrative or regulatory work on request of the QA manager .
You will also cooperate with our headquarters in Japan to request or report information.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint applications;
• Knowledge of European chemical legislation, for example REACH, CLP, RoHS, cosmetics or food contact;
• QMS auditing experience and managing audit programmes;
• At least three years experience at a QA department, preferably in a (chemical) industrial environment;
• Knowledge of statistics is a plus;
• Sufficient oral, reading and writing skills in English and Japanese
• Critical working attitude, especially towards safety.
