第53回日本大使館杯・第43回JCC杯争奪 バレーボール大会開催のご案内
貴社益々ご清祥の事と、お慶び申し上げます。
さて、毎年恒例となっております日本大使館杯・JCC杯争奪バレーボール大会を下記の通り開催する運びとなりましたので御案内申し上げます。
在蘭邦人の親睦を一層深めるためにも本大会への多くのご参加をお待ちしております。

- 日時 ： 2024年10月26日（土） 9：00～16：00（予定）
- 会場 ： Calandhal （住所: Eliza van Calcarstraat 2, 1068 RR Amsterdam）
- 参加費 ： 120ユーロ／チーム (予定)
- 参加チーム数 ： 最大16チーム
- 大会要領 ： 以下の別添資料(1)、（2）をご参照下さい。
- 申込期日 ： 2024年9月13日（金） (必着)
- 申込方法 ： 以下「参加登録項目」を、本大会幹事にEメールにてご連絡ください。

- 申込期日前に参加チームが16チームに達した時点で受付を締め切らせていただきます。予めご了承下さい。
- 参加費用については、参加チーム数が確定後に変更になる可能性がございます。参加費のお支払いについては、大会前に銀行振り込みいただく予定です。
- 当日のスケジュールや事前練習可否については、参加チーム等の詳細確定後に改めてご案内いたします。
- 大会参加費には各種傷害保険は含まれておりません。怪我、事故等への対処は各自の責任となりますので予めご了承下さい。

大 会 要 領
- 6人制バレーボールのルールを主に適用します。
The rule is followed by the official rule for 6 player volleyball with the exception of following local rules.
- 会場は体育館コートのため、天候に関わらず実施します。
It will be held in indoor courts, and therefore, there is no cancellation due to the weather condition.
- 所属企業1社のみでチームを構成できない場合は、他企業との混成チームとしての参加も可能とします。
A team can be formed with members from other companies if it is difficult to form a team within a company itself.
- 試合球は幹事側が準備します。
The game balls will be prepared by the organizer.
- 各チームに審判及び点数カウントをお願いしますので、チーム内で審判を事前に決定してください。
Each team will be asked to take duty for referees. (main referees & scoring)
- 各試合は時間制限制のもとラリーポイントにて行います。なお、試合中のコートチェンジはありません。
It is “Rally Point” scoring within defined time. There will be no court change during a single match.
- グループ分けによる予選総当り戦を経て、決勝トーナメントを行います。予選総当り戦では、勝ち点制（勝者3点、敗者0点、引き分け1点）により順位を決めますが、同点の場合は総得点の多いチームが上位となります。
The match will be a round-robin competition in each group, and move to a final round tournament. In the round-robin competition, teams will compete the points in each group (winner: 3 points, loser: 0 point, draw: 1 point), and teams which get more points will move on to the final tournament. If the scores are tie between the teams, the team which scores more in total in the round-robin competition gets higher position in the group.
- 各組上位２チームが大使館杯トーナメント、下位２チーム（または１チーム）がＪＣＣ杯トーナメントへ進出します。
The top 2 teams in each group will move on to ‘Ambassador Cup final round tournament’ and the last 2 teams (or 1 team) will play in ‘JCC Cup final round tournament’.
- 大会参加費には事故保険は含まれません。万が一、大会中に怪我・盗難等が生じた場合の対処は自己責任とさせていただきます。
The participation fee does not include any insurances for injury, theft and etc. during the event, and therefore, organizer is not liable in case of such unfortunate incident.
- 大使館杯、JCC杯それぞれの優勝チームが幹事となります。ただし本年度幹事と前回（昨年）、前々回（一昨年）に幹事をしたチームは幹事を免除します。優勝チームが免除に該当する場合、２位のチームが幹事となります。その２位のチームが免除該当の場合、３位、４位と該当するチームまで順次下がっていきます。幹事の代表は日本人の方にお願い申し上げます。
Each winner of Ambassador Cup and JCC Cup tournaments will be asked to organize a volleyball tournament for the next year. If the winning team has organized the event in the past 3 years, the team will be exempted for the next organizer. In the case that the second winner has also experienced the organizer in the same 3 years, the third winner will be appointed for it. The event would like to ask that the main contact person in the organizing teams will be a Japanese speaker.

試 合 規 則
試合規則は、6人制バレーボールのルールを主に適用します。The rule is followed by the official rule for 6 player volleyball with the exception of following local rules.
- 2人以上の日本人が常時プレーしていること。 At least 2 Japanese players need to be always playing in the court.
- チーム/選手構成は大会開始時のままとする（他チームへの移動は認めないもの）。The members of each team are fixed at the beginning of the competition. (Players cannot move to another team during the event.)
- 選手交代は無制限に可能であるが、ボールデッド時（プレーが止まった時）のみとする。Substitution is allowed only between the points, otherwise there is no limit for the numbers of times to substitute members.
- タイムアップは幹事（当日事務局）の合図とする。Each match time is announced by the organizer.
- サーブはエンドラインの後方全域で可能とする。（予選リーグ男子はアンダーハンドサーブのみ、女子は自由。決勝は男女自由）During the round-robin competition, male players are only allowed to serve with underhand, and female players are allowed to serve normally (underhand/overhand). In the final tournaments, there will be no limitation on serving.
- バックアタックは禁止とする。Backcourt spiking is not allowed.
- 危険防止のため過度なパッシングザセンターラインやタッチネットは禁止とする。Passing over the center court and touching net are not allowed.
- 他コートから試合中のコートにボールが入った時点で、審判が試合をストップし、サーブからやり直しとする。In the case that there is another ball come into your court during a rally, referee will stop the rally, and restart it from serving.
- ネットの高さは２３０ｃｍとする。The height of the game net is 230cm.
- 試合開始時刻にメンバーが揃わない時は相手チームの勝ちとする。In the case that a team failed to have 6 players at the start of the game, the team will lose the match.
- 作戦タイムは取れないものとする。Teams are not allowed to request time-out. There is no technical time-out either.
- 男女の選手数に制限は無いものとする。There is no restriction with the number of male or female players in a team.
- 審判への抗議は、いかなる場合にも認めないものとする。但し、審判が気付けなかったプレーや判断には、各チームのキャプテンを通じて、審判と相談が可能とする。In the case of doubt in a judgement by referee, a clarification may be requested only through each team captain.
- 上記の試合規則に違反したチームはマイナス１０点のペナルティーを科される。上記の例外については幹事に一任する。In the case of violation of any rules above, the team gets minus 10 point for the penalty during the match. For any other consultation, it will be judged by the event organizer.
