Dutch Employment Law Updates 2024 & outlook 2025, EU Pay Transparency Directive

Dear JCC members,

We are pleased to invite you to the Dutch employment law seminar organised in cooperation with JETRO Amsterdam and AKD on 26 November 2024.

  • Date / Time: Tuesday 26 November from 15:00 – 18:30 (registration at 14:30)
  • Location: AKD Amsterdam Office (Gustav Mahlerlaan 2970, 1081 LA Amsterdam)
  • Language: English with a Japanese summary
  • Participation: Free of charge

In the first half of the seminar, we will explain the important updates in Dutch employment law for 2024 and the legal amendments scheduled to come into effect in 2025. This will include detailed explanation of the risks for employers when hiring flexible workers and self-employed workers. In the latter half of the seminar, we will explain a detailed overview of EU Pay Transparency Directive and the points that Japanese companies should address.

If you have any questions in advance regarding the above topics, please send us your details upon your registration or by 19 November after registration. Please note that we may not be able to respond to questions received after the deadline or if the questions are not related to the seminar topics.
