“Latest Trends of investments in the Netherlands – case study of M&A and synergy creation after the acquisition”
Dear JCC member companies,
We are pleased to invite you to the seminar which will be held in the afternoon (CET) on Tuesday, 26 March 2024 with full supports from Ernst & Young Netherlands, Japan Business Services (JBS) and JETRO Amsterdam.
Recently, investments of Japanese companies in the overseas markets has been increased. The Netherlands is widely recognized as one of the attractive investment destinations from geographical, economic and political perspectives. Many Japanese companies has been investing into the Netherlands and number of M&A by Japanese companies has been accelerating specially since the UK has exited from the European Union (EU) in 2020. On the other hand, it is true that there are various challenges on the integration after the acquisition due to the system and culture differences.
This seminar will focus on the latest trends of investment of Japanese companies in the Netherlands. We will invite experts from the government and business companies to present the current foreign direct investment, M&A climate, and issues and solutions to create synergies after mergers and acquisitions with the actual cases.
We will organize a casual reception after the seminar for building a network among members.
Please register your attendance on the JCC website no later than Friday, 22 March 2024. We will send a detail just before the seminar to registered people.
