JCC/JETRO/AKD Seminar – Dutch Employment Law Updates 2023 & outlook 2024

We are pleased to invite you to the Dutch employment law seminar organised in cooperation with JETRO Amsterdam and AKD on 1 November 2023.

This seminar will focus on employment law changes in 2023 and outlook of 2024.
In the first half of this seminar, we will first explain the important new legislation and regulation that came into effect in 2023 from Dutch employment law perspective, and new legislation and regulations due to come into force in 2024. We will explain important legal amendment that you should know to comply Dutch employment law, such as the whistleblowing system following the revision of the Whistleblower Protection Act, which is important in building a corporate governance system, and new obligation for inappropriate behaviour in the workplace to manage safe and healthy workplace. In the second half of the seminar, we will tell you about the amendment of Pension law.
