For this position we look for a generalist to support the operations around all implemented ICT systems of the company in all our European entities with a focus on Almere. With your previous experience you will be able to help us improve the ICT landscape and related services.
You are or strive to become an expert and further develop our ICT systems and services like Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019 and 2022, M365 suite, ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Web hosting technologies and Microsoft Azure platform).
In our ICT team you report to our Dutch based ICT manager and work together with two colleagues who are based in Germany and Hungary. Together you are responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer and (tele)communication systems, related applications, hardware and software in alignment with the business objectives of the organization and develop these further.

• You have at least a MBO-4 degree in IT, or are able to function at that level with trainings conducted such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (nice to have)
• Experience with managing security of sensitive and personal information with knowledge of data protection regulations GDPR
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and preventative maintenance experience
• ICT infrastructural operational experience
• Working experience in process and quality standards, administrating ICT systems or programs
• Working knowledge of some or all of the following: Windows 10/11, Windows Server
2019 and 2022, M365 suite, ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Web hosting technologies, Microsoft Azure platform)
• Critical working, planning and analytical attitude
• Service minded, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
• Good oral, reading and writing skills in English and Dutch, a third language (like Japanese) is a plus
