Job Description


【Position】    Administrative position
【Location】    World Trade Center 1077 XW Amsterdam, The Netherlands
【Languages】    Dutch, English, German (preferred)
【Main Responsibilities】

1. Finance and accounting
 (1) Collecting and filing vouchers and receipts about accounting and tax
 (2) Reporting necessary documents to an external agent and headquarters
 (3) Processing expense payable

2. Sales assistant
 (1) Processing sales orders
 (2) Accounts receivable management
 (3) Product inventory management
(4) International trade operations

3. Payroll
 (1) Collecting and filing documents about payroll accounting
 (2) Reporting necessary documents to an external agent

4. General affairs
 (1) Answering phones, dealing with visitors
 (2) Ordering office supplies
 (3) Responsible for overall general affairs duties and tasks
     
【Requirements】
 Experience in above, preferably in accounting (bookkeeping) and sales assistant.

Note: Because of just small office, we are seeking a candidate who has following abilities and skills.

Summary of recruiting administrative position

1    Working hours    9:00 - 14:00 (4h15m), break time 45minutes
* About 4 hours /day. We can discuss the working hours flexibly.
  ex) 9:00 – 13:00, no break time
2    First employment
term    3 months
Trial Period: 1 month
3    Paid leave    25 days per year, if less than full year employment, it is reduced on pro-rata basis.

2. Commencement of work
Earlier commencement day is better because the current administrative employee is going to resign on 31 Dec 2017. We want the new employee to take over the current one’s job during December.
